We have great pleasure to introduce ourselves that, PR Governors (formally PR Enterprises) was started during 2006. The main job of PR Governors is re-conditioning, servicing, testing, calibration and attending field service at site for woodward governors model UG 8.UG 40, PGD, PGPL & actuators, europa governors model EHP-34, 1102, 1131, and other governor models like KIKI, PSG, electronic governors fitted to steam turbines, diesel engines and marine engines.
We have enough knowledge in trouble shootings (field service) of closed loop of governing system between - governor, steam turbine / diesel engine and its output load like - generator /pumps/ blowers/ marine propellers including load test / sea trails.
With our above experience in the governor field we came to know that the governors and its spares are imported and they are more expensive, also the lead time is more. As such, after a deep study of governors, material selections, drawings and various processes of operations, we have started manufacturing governors and actuators indigenous to INDIA during the year 2007 in the name of PR GOVERNORS.
PR Governors released its first Governor model
STG (steam turbine governor) in the year of 2010 and supplied to our customer.
As on date PR Governors is manufacturing many models of different type of governors, actuators, electronic governors and hydraulic amplifiers for steam turbines, diesel engines and marine engines application. We have retrofitted our governors and actuators to mechanical governors, like europa governors of sugar mill turbines in a competitive price. Apart from retrofit, we have supplied governors and actuators to turbine manufactures. Our customers are fully satisfied with our Governor performance.
